Fear & Respect was, character-wise, the most ambitious game I have been involved with. The three person character team created over 60 unique human characters (with a projected 100+ total), all with 4 levels of detail ranging from 4000-500 polygons. Much of my time was spent creating LODs which were noted by many as having absolutely no popping. Most of the characters were based on existing characters and therefore the credit is shared. Also as a result, I did mainly modeling/UV adjustment and only a small amount of texture work. I've included a sample of my most uniquely modeled character. I also did not create the original model for the LOD example, Only the LODs themselves. I completely created all dog models in the game including modeling mapping and setting up reflection/specular mapped shaders. Additionally, to ease the burden of the animator's schedule, I volunteered to assume responsibility for character weighting.
